How do I get the $500 welcome offer?
Subscribe with your email (phone is optional) and we send you code WELCOME500. It takes $500 off any A301 kit, one per customer. For U.S. stock, enter the code at checkout with the same email you subscribed with. For orders shipped from China, the $500 comes off your balance, not the $200 deposit.
How does the $200 reservation work?
You pay $200 today and it counts toward your kit price. We prepare your printer in China, send you photos and video of your actual machine, then email you a secure link to pay the balance. Once the balance is paid, it ships to your door. Delivery takes about 6–8 weeks from your order.
Example: the printer kit shipped from China is $2,399 with the $500 welcome offer. You pay $200 now and $2,199 before it ships.
What's the difference between shipping from China and U.S. stock?
Same printer, same kit and same warranty. Shipping from China costs $200 less and only needs a $200 deposit up front, but takes about 6–8 weeks. U.S. stock is paid in full (or in installments) and ships from our warehouse in Katy, Texas from mid-November. U.S. units are limited; when they sell out, orders ship from China.
Are shipping and import duties really included?
Yes, for both options. The price covers shipping to any address in the contiguous U.S. and all import duties, so there's no customs bill when your printer arrives. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout. For Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S., contact us first.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, on U.S. stock orders. Choose Shop Pay Installments at checkout to split the cost into payments, subject to approval. You'll see the exact terms before you confirm.
What if I change my mind?
You can cancel any time before your printer ships for a full refund, including your $200 deposit. After delivery, unused equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 15 days. See our returns and warranty policy.
Will the printhead really not clog?
Clogs mostly come from white ink settling and drying in the printhead. The A301 stirs its white ink and cleans the printhead automatically, so routine clogs are handled for you. Keep the printer powered on and follow the basic care guide, and unless the printhead itself is damaged, you shouldn't be fighting clogs.
I've never used a DTF printer. Is that a problem?
No. You run the A301 from your phone, and every kit includes a remote setup session with our after-sales team on WhatsApp video. They'll walk you through filling ink, loading film and your first print.
Is the A301 tested and certified?
Yes. The A301 is built by our manufacturing partner, Tonglian Yunque (Nanjing) Technology, on its SK-30 platform. Model SK-30 has an FCC Supplier's Declaration of Conformity (Part 15 Subpart B), a RoHS certificate of compliance, and a CE Machinery Directive attestation from independent labs. What does the warranty cover?
12 months on machine parts, and 6 months on the printhead and mainboard. If a covered part fails, we pay for the repair parts and their shipping. Consumables and damage from misuse are not covered.
What can I print on?
DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester, blends, denim, canvas and more: T-shirts, hoodies, hats, tote bags, aprons and jackets.
Can I get the A301 in my own colors or with my logo?
