Returns, cancellations and warranty

Cancel before your printer ships

You can cancel any order before it ships and receive a full refund of everything you've paid, including a $200 reservation deposit. Email us with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Returns after delivery

Request a return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging, with all accessories and documents. You pay return shipping for a non-defective return. Contact us first: we'll send return instructions and the correct return address. Opened consumables such as ink, film and powder can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Contact us promptly and keep the packaging. We may ask for your order number, the printer's serial number, and photos or video. We'll troubleshoot with you and arrange a repair, replacement parts, a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you for covered faults.

A301 limited warranty

Machine parts are covered for 12 months from delivery. The printhead and mainboard are covered for 6 months from delivery. For covered faults, we pay for the repair parts and their shipping. Consumables, normal wear, and damage from misuse, incorrect voltage, unauthorized modifications or incompatible materials aren't covered.

Orders placed before October 15, 2026

Earlier reservations and quote-based orders keep their original terms.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.
