The A301 13-Inch Smart DTF Printer is designed to simplify custom apparel production by combining mobile printing, AI-powered image processing, automatic maintenance and integrated cutting in one compact system. Instead of relying on a complicated computer-based workflow, users can upload artwork from a compatible mobile device, edit the image and send the printing task directly to the machine. Its intelligent software supports AI image generation, background removal, smart cutout and basic image editing, helping users prepare printable artwork with less design experience.
The printer uses a single Epson F1080-A1 printhead and provides a maximum printing width of 330 mm, or approximately 13 inches. It supports print resolutions of 720 × 720, 720 × 1080 and 720 × 1440 dpi. The maximum production speed reaches approximately 1.2 m² per hour, while the fine-quality printing mode operates at approximately 0.8 m² per hour.
To improve reliability, the A301 is equipped with automatic printhead cleaning, white-ink circulation and automatic white-ink stirring systems. The circulation system uses a low-noise peristaltic pump to keep white ink moving, while the stirring system helps reduce pigment settling and ink separation. These functions work together to reduce the risk of blocked nozzles and maintain more consistent white-ink output.
An enclosed moisturizing station helps keep the printhead sealed and protected during standby. When the printer remains powered on in standby mode, the built-in maintenance program can automatically perform cleaning according to the preset schedule, reducing daily maintenance requirements and helping extend the service life of the printhead.
The intelligent anti-collision system automatically stops the machine when raised, uneven or displaced material is detected. This helps protect the printhead from accidental contact and reduces the risk of expensive damage during printing.
An integrated automatic cutting module cuts the printed material after the printing process is complete, reducing additional handling and making the workflow more efficient. The quiet guide-rail system provides smooth and stable movement, helping improve printing accuracy while reducing operating noise and mechanical vibration.
The A301 supports water-based DTF ink and PET film, as well as common image formats including JPG, PNG and BMP. It is designed to support compatible Windows, macOS, Android and iOS workflows.
