Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship A301 printers and kits to addresses in the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, DC). For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or other countries, contact us before ordering and we'll quote shipping individually.

Shipping and import duties are included

The price of every A301 kit includes shipping to the contiguous U.S. and all import duties. You won't receive a customs bill on delivery. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.

Two ways to order

Reserve for $200, shipped from China. You pay a $200 deposit at checkout, which counts toward your kit price. We prepare your printer, send you photos and video of your machine, and email you a secure payment link for the balance. Your printer ships as soon as the balance is paid. Delivery normally takes about 6–8 weeks from your order.

U.S. stock. You pay the full price at checkout, in full or with Shop Pay Installments where available. Our first batch of 5 printers is in transit to our warehouse in Katy, Texas, and is expected to ship from mid-November 2026, in the order orders were placed. When U.S. stock runs out, new orders ship from China.

Tracking

We email your tracking number when your printer ships.

Delays

If we can't ship within the time we told you, we'll email you a revised estimate and ask whether you want to keep your order or cancel it for a full refund.

Address

Please give a complete delivery address and a phone number. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address.

Damaged or missing items

Keep the packaging, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our returns and warranty policy applies.

Orders placed before October 15, 2026

Earlier reservations and quote-based orders keep their original terms. Email us with your order number for an update.
