These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the LINKYUN TOP website and your purchase of products and services from us.
The website is operated by PikaGrid International Inc, a Colorado corporation.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Online Store Terms
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You may not use our products, website, content, or services in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display:
- Product specifications
- Images
- Colors
- Dimensions
- Compatibility
- Configurations
- Included accessories
- Pricing
However, minor differences may occur due to screen settings, product updates, manufacturing changes, photography, or other reasonable factors.
You are responsible for reviewing the selected product configuration before completing your purchase.
This is particularly important for options such as:
- Printer model
- Package
- Voltage
- Plug type
- Color
- Accessories
3. Business quotes and prices
This independent website currently handles business inquiries for equipment and supplies, starting from one A301 printer. Retail Amazon availability is not yet live. Requesting information or a quote does not create a paid order or reserve stock.
Prices are confirmed in a written quote for your configuration, quantity and destination. The quote sets out the full order price, shipping charges, duties and applicable tax treatment, deposit, remaining balance, estimated dispatch window and cancellation terms. Quotes are normally valid for 7 calendar days unless stated otherwise. We do not change an accepted quote unilaterally.
4. Order confirmation and availability
After you accept the written quote, use the payment link provided for that quote. Stock allocation is confirmed after receipt and reconciliation of the agreed deposit. If an inventory, payment or shipping issue prevents acceptance or fulfilment, we will contact you to agree a solution or refund payments for the cancelled order.
5. Deposit and balance payments
The standard A301 deposit is $200 USD per printer, credited toward the confirmed total. Multi-unit and custom deposit arrangements are stated in the written quote. The deposit is not the full equipment price or an additional service fee.
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or the available payment provider. We arrange production or preparation after deposit confirmation, share pre-dispatch inspection information when the equipment is ready, and send a separate link for the balance. The balance equals the agreed total less payments actually received. All agreed payments must be received and verified before China dispatch.
A payment receipt for the deposit confirms that payment only. It does not state that the whole equipment order is paid or shipped. No automatic charge of the balance is authorized by paying the deposit.
Cancellation before dispatch
For a standard equipment order, you may cancel before dispatch and receive a refund of payments for the cancelled, unshipped order. Contact us with your quote reference and payment order number.
If custom work would incur non-recoverable costs, any exception must be explained and separately agreed in writing before payment. Standard orders are not automatically treated as non-refundable because preparation or production has started.
If we cannot meet the agreed estimated dispatch window, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate and seek your agreement to continue, or offer cancellation and refund in accordance with applicable requirements.
These arrangements apply to new business quotes accepted under this process. Existing paid orders retain their original accepted terms and payment records; an earlier $99.90 reservation is not automatically converted to the new $200 deposit.
6. WhatsApp Business
We provide WhatsApp Business as an additional communication channel for customers seeking:
- Product consultation
- Configuration recommendations
- Technical information
- Business purchasing assistance
- Promotional offers
- Available gifts
Any quotation, discount, gift, or special arrangement discussed through WhatsApp is subject to confirmation by our team.
7. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, cancellations, and defective-product claims are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
9. Product Use
Customers are responsible for operating printers, heat presses, electrical equipment, and related products in accordance with product instructions and appropriate safety precautions.
Improper installation, unauthorized modification, incorrect voltage, misuse, improper maintenance, or use of incompatible materials may affect product performance and return or warranty eligibility.
10. Intellectual Property
Website content including text, graphics, logos, product images, page designs, videos, and other materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise permitted, such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to third-party services including:
- Shopify
- Payment processors
- Shipping carriers
- Analytics providers
- Social media platforms
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PikaGrid International Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, government actions, labor disputes, war, epidemics, supply-chain interruptions, or major technical failures.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be posted on this page.
