Every price on this site includes shipping to the contiguous U.S. and all import duties. There's no customs bill when your printer arrives. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.

When your printer is ready, we email you photos and video of your machine and a secure payment link for the balance. Your printer ships as soon as the balance is paid. If you don't want to continue at that point, tell us and we'll refund your deposit.
You can cancel any time before your printer ships and get a full refund, including your deposit. Email us with your order number.
After delivery, unused equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 15 days. Details are in our returns and warranty policy.
12 months on machine parts, and 6 months on the printhead and mainboard. If a covered part fails, we pay for the replacement parts and their shipping.
